Eggs – Low in calories and high in protein, eggs are delicious and can be prepared in a variety of ways. Additionally, the protein found in eggs is used most efficiently for muscle growth.
Chicken – A staple of muscle-building diets, chicken offers an excellent protein-to-fat ratio and its versatility makes it a superstar in a wide variety of meals.
